The Bionic Action V3 Protection Jacket is a lightweight, full upper-body armour system designed to be worn discreetly beneath a motocross jersey. It provides integrated chest, back, shoulder, and elbow protection through removable A-Morph Technology protectors, which use a flexible geometry intended to move with the rider while helping dissipate impact energy. The low-bulk design supports unrestricted movement, while the highly breathable stretch-mesh chassis and open airflow channels help improve ventilation and reduce heat build-up during demanding motos, trail rides, and extended off-road sessions. An extended tailbone section provides additional rear coverage without compromising the jacket’s under-jersey profile.

Designed for fit adjustment and straightforward servicing, the jacket includes an adjustable elasticated waist belt, forearm V-straps, side V-straps, and shoulder straps to help keep the protection stable during riding. The central YKK locking zipper provides secure closure, while the removable liner system uses snap-in/snap-out protector attachments and separable textile housings to simplify cleaning, maintenance, and component replacement. The removable shoulder and elbow protectors are CE certified to EN 1621-1:2012 Level 1, the back protector meets EN 1621-2:2014 Level 1, and the divided chest protector meets EN 1621-3:2018 Level 1.
