Impact-absorbing layers are strategically placed on the fingers, backhand, palm landing zone, and sides of the hand to safeguard key areas. The gloves incorporate a dual closure system with a wrist adjuster and cuff flap for a secure fit. Perforated gussets on the knuckle panel enhance airflow, while leather accordion paneling on the fingers, thumb, and backhand improves comfort and fit. The dual-density DFS Race knuckle protector offers maximum protection against repeated impacts with soft mounting to ensure a comfortable, adaptive fit. Finger and knuckle protectors are contoured and reinforced with stitched leather panels for additional safety.

Additional reinforcements include palm hard sliders and finger sliders to provide superior abrasion resistance and reduce heat transfer. The backhand and landing zones feature aramidic lining for enhanced protection, and a finger bridge on the third and fourth fingers prevents roll and separation during slides.
