Handmade using PB e-cLc (Peripherally Belted e-Complex Laminate Construction), the outer shell delivers exceptional strength while achieving meaningful weight reduction. Its smooth, round “glancing off” shape—an Arai hallmark—is engineered to help disperse impact forces, enhancing rider protection. Drawing on the aerodynamic performance of Arai’s full-race helmets and experience gained over millions of road kilometres, the Quantic offers impressive stability, airflow efficiency, and all-day comfort. A 5mm flared base allows easier on-and-off access, while the VAS (Variable Axis System) Max Vision visor comes Pinlock-ready for clear vision in varying conditions. The premium brushed nylon interior is fully removable and washable, featuring the Facial Contour System (FCS), replaceable cheek pads, speaker pockets, and a neck roll wire pocket for intercom integration. Additional comfort and safety features include a breath guard, removable chin cover, Emergency Release System (ERS), and a secure Double-D ring fastening. The Quantic is officially certified to the ECE R22-06 standard and reflects Arai’s commitment to in-house testing, meticulous inspection, and long-term durability, backed by a 5-year limited warranty.
