The expanded polystyrene creates an additional element of impact mitigation that has been fine tuned for a progressive response to low and high speed impacts. As well as the EPS, is the construction of the Impact Energy Cells made of RHEON, that maximise absorption of low speed linear and rotational impacts, reducing forces transmitted to the brain. The Conehead EPS design renders a softer and lighter EPS which increases the helmets comfort by reducing its overall weight and more efficiently absorbing impact forces over a wider array of impact situations making the Fly Formula CP Helmet one of the best helmets on the market.
