The Moto-Master Fusion Dual-Ring Sprocket combines a special hardened and nickel-coated steel outer ring with a lightweight aircraft-grade 7075-T6 aluminium inner carrier. This design offers the durability of steel—outlasting traditional aluminium sprockets by up to three times—while reducing weight by 50% compared to standard steel sprockets. The outer ring and aluminium carrier are precisely manufactured and permanently interlocked using a specialized heat-shrink procedure. The carrier is additionally color anodised for enhanced durability. The sprocket is CAD designed, CNC machined, and laser cut with state-of-the-art technology.
