Weighing just 1350 grams, it sets a new standard for lightweight performance without sacrificing safety. Its shell uses NEXX’s advanced X-PRO Carbon technology, delivering superior strength and impact resistance while minimizing neck fatigue during extended rides. Innovative X-Foam crash bumpers crafted from ultra-light EPP foam protect the entire bottom trim and chin area, absorbing impacts and reducing collarbone injury risk.

Advanced aerothermal ventilation features nine air inlets and six exhaust outlets, with dedicated winter chin vents and extra cheek pad intakes to maintain comfort in any climate. Adaptable across three riding modes—Dual Sport (with visor and winter chin vent), Off-Road (enhanced airflow for goggles), and On-Road (sleek, peak-free profile)—the X.RALLY offers versatility for any adventure. Its redesigned visor includes the Recoil Visor System with spring-loaded side plates that auto-adjust for an airtight seal independent of the peak fitting.

Both X-PRO Carbon fiber and X-Matrix 2 models include Pinlock® anti-fog lenses—200 XTL Max Vision technology for Carbon models and 120 XLT Max Vision for Matrix models. The helmet's 3D mesh inner liner is engineered to maximize airflow, breathability, and protect skin from dust and sand, complemented by the Air Cumbs Cooling Chamber for advanced thermal regulation.

Top-tier X-PRO Carbon versions feature cheek pads with the X-HIDRO hydration system, allowing secure attachment of hydration tubes and mouthpieces, as well as a durable aluminum-magnesium alloy double-D ring secured by X-LOCK magnetic buttons for easier chinstrap fastening.
