The Zerofit IceSkin Long Sleeve Baselayer is a unisex warm-weather riding layer designed to help motorcyclists stay cool, dry, and comfortable in temperatures up to 40°C. Its thin, lightweight, stretch fabric supports unrestricted movement and helps jackets or leathers slide on more easily in hot, humid conditions. The garment also carries a UPF 50+ rating for sun protection.
Cooling performance is centered on two technologies. Cool Stamp Tech®, positioned on the front of the baselayer, absorbs sweat and is designed to create a cooling sensation through heat absorption. Zerofit reports a Q-max value of 0.358 W/cm², measured by Japan’s Boken Quality Evaluation Institute; the stated cool-contact threshold is 0.1 W/cm². The back uses a Rhombus Mesh Design with an internal hexagonal structure to promote airflow, absorb perspiration, and disperse moisture where sweat can build up.
The IceSkin also uses Polygiene StayFresh™ silver-ion antibacterial treatment, stated to suppress 99% of odour-causing bacteria and help reduce sweat odour.
